Hokuli’a in the Spotlight with Pacific Business News Coverage

As development continues at Hokuli‘a, news is beginning to spread far and wide. People are starting to hear about the luxurious experience that is only offered off of the Kona Coast at Hokuli’a. With 20 oceanside lots currently for sale, Hawaii Life has been hired to operate all marketing for the project and coverage is spreading like wildfire.

Pacific Business News called Hawaii Life late last week and spoke with someone from the sales team for Hokuli’a, Carrie Nicholson. In this article, Nicholson highlights the most luxurious, exclusive features Hokuli’a has to offer all of their residents.

In February 2021 Hawaii Life took over all of the marketing for the project. Since then, two properties are in escrow. Traction continues to grow as the news is spreading, and as more lots are becoming available for future homeowners.
