One of Hawaii Island’s most popular summer events takes place this month – the 11th Annual Don the Beachcomber Mai Tai Festival at Royal Kona Resort in Kailua-Kona on Saturday, August 17. More than 20 of the planet’s top bartenders will be mixing and shaking it as they compete for the “World’s Best Mai Tai” title and the $10,000 cash prize that comes along with it.
